60-day limit to pay fines for traffic violations

In case the violators fail to pay within the 60-day window, the traffic police or the transport department officials won't process anything related to the licence or vehicle registration, according to the draft rules issued by the transport ministry. If during this period an offender is caught violating rules again, he's liable to pay higher fine.
